Emergent Information Technologies and Enabling Policies for Counter-Terrorism, a recent publication for which I co-wrote the chapter "Semantic Web Technologies for Terrorist Network Analysis" with my
MINDSWAP colleagues Jen Golbeck and Jim Hendler, has been named the

The chapter outlines how I would design a Semantic Web portal that could be useful for analysts studying terrorist activity. It was, in effect, a blueprint for the
research site for my project at University of Maryland.
